just last week i reset all my yahoo accounts to
stop the junk mail yahoo begin sending me after
yahoo reset my accounts. 

but it appears the folks at yahoo will let that
last for a couple of days at most. today i got 
this email saying yahoo has again reset my account
to receive MORE SPAM.

    We have reset your marketing preferences 
    and, unless you decide to change these 
    preferences, you may begin receiving 
    marketing messages from Yahoo! about 
    ways to enhance your Yahoo! experience, 
    including special offers and new 
    features.  Your new marketing preferences

    want to receive and what you don't.

at least they told me i could reset my
account back to the no spam version

while i keep hearing rumors that yahoo will 
start to charge us for the list servers they 
now let us use for free. my self i dont think
that will happen. im a cheep bastard and will
drop out if they start to charge.

but on the other hand i think yahoo will 
start to flood our mailboxes with spam
as a way to get money from advertizers
who are willing to pay yahoo money to
deliver their advertizing.
